Each year, Northwest Christian Schools has experienced steady and significant growth in enrollment and interest. In response to this growth, the Board of Regents launched a Capital Campaign to construct a new elementary school in Colbert. This Capital Campaign was announced in the fall of 2008.
Since 1949, generations of families have benefited from the labors of the early builders of Northwest Christian Schools. The Central campus has served thousands well, but it has grown old and inadequate for the path ahead.
Now its time to build again. The new elementary school at the Colbert campus will create an amazing fresh environment for children to learn and flourish. It will unite our entire school family again on one campus. And it will establish the school with great strength and stability for generations to come.
NWC is projecting completion of the new Elementary School at Colbert for 2011. Pray...Pray for this project...that God will provide the funds...
We need 700 commitments by God's people to pray.
Give...Give to this project...we must replace the worn-out elementary...
We need 700 commitments to give by next January.
Inspire...Inspire others...to pray...to give...
We need 700 commitments to help spread the word.
Stones of Commitment ~ We are praying for 700 families, alumni, grandparents, friends, couples, and individuals to commit to building this school. These 700 "stones of commitment" will be fitted and bound together by prayer. Specifically, each stone will vary in size, but needs to average $7000 to reach $4.9 million+ (700 X $7000). Stones will range from $7/month to $7000 to $70,000+ over 3 years. With 700 of these stones, we will reach our goal and the school will be built for the leaders of the future...for the glory of God and His kingdom.
Please complete and turn in a pledge to pray, give, and inspire...We need 700 "Stones of Commitment" to build "our Nehemiah wall." Gifts should be directed to the "Elementary School Campaign." Like God's people in Nehemiah's day, Let us rise up and build! (Neh. 2:18)
