Northwest Christian Schools Celebrates the Season with Christmas Concerts

In celebration of the Christmas season, Northwest Christian Schools offers the following concerts for your musical enjoyment!

Middle School/High School Band and Choir Concert

Join us for our middle school/high school Christmas concert, “A Merry Little Christmas” on Thursday, December 11^th, at 7 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, 511 West Hastings Rd. The middle school choir will perform a selection of traditional style songs. The high school choirs will perform traditional favorites such as “Adeste Fidelis” and “Winter Wonderland.” Our select girls’ choir, Jubilee, will perform “The Colors of Christmas” and “Jing-a-Ling Jing-a-Ling.”

Our bands will perform several of your Christmas favorites, such as “Goin’ Home for the Holidays,” “The Nutcracker March,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “Sleigh Ride.”

Homeschool Concert

For those that would like to hear the musical talents and offerings in our homeschool program, their Homeschool Chimes and Handbell Choir Concert will be Thursday, December 18^th, at 2:30 pm at Crossover Church located at 16825 N. Newport Highway.   The 3^rd and 4^th grade will play songs on the recorders. Also, kindergarten through 2^nd grade will sing along with the 5^th and 6^th grade while they demonstrate what they have learned on the Hand Bells.
