Most of us knew Jonathan Seaman Cwik as an outstanding football player at Northwest Christian High School; however, if you attended Journeys Night his senior year, you knew his true passion was food. His Journey’s project was bread – old world, hard crust, with the right combination of yeast and gluten. So we weren’t surprised when Jon enrolled in Inland Northwest Culinary Academy, worked at Dockside to create delicious food and made cooking videos for us novices to learn the art of cooking.
