Sandra was born in 1938 and went home to be with her Lord in 2020. During her lifetime she was known for her servant’s heart and willingness to volunteer. She married Dave and they had two children, Mike and Amy. Sandy was an Air Force wife for 20 years and was always active in her local church. When the family retired to Spokane, the Niblocks became active at Northwest Christian Schools. Sandra helped establish the NWC Thrift Store, and Dave was instrumental in the construction of the block building at the Cedar Campus in 1974.
