At the Cedar campus, the Kindergarten and First Grade class enjoyed learning about Passover in addition to Holy Week. At our Passover feast, students dressed up and celebrated Israelites being freed from slavery and knowing that God kept his promise by bringing Jesus to us. Students were surprised to see “Moses” (Dr. Hancock) show up to their Passover feast and lead them away from the Egyptians and cross the Red Sea!

As the different parts of the Passover meal were discussed, extra attention was given to identifying how Jesus is our perfect lamb who died once and for all for each of us.  It really was a Good Friday and another memorable day.
