Substitute Teachers (Traditional/Homeschool* K-12)

Substitute Teachers play a vital role in maintaining the educational experience when classroom teachers are absent due to illness, personal leave, or professional development. In a Christ-centered learning environment, the Substitute will guide students with compassion and purpose, upholding the school’s commitment to glorifying God through academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Educational Support Positions

Development

The Director of Development provides strategic leadership for the school’s fundraising, donor engagement, and community-building efforts. In partnership with the Head of Schools, Board of Regents, and development team, this position establishes and advances strategies for annual giving, capital campaigns, planned giving, sponsorships, special events, and other philanthropic initiatives. The Director cultivates meaningful relationships with families, alumni, foundations, businesses, and community supporters while fostering a culture of gratitude, generosity, recognition, and connection. This role also oversees development communications, donor stewardship, fundraising policies, data strategy, and cross-departmental coordination to strengthen engagement and support the school’s mission and long-term financial sustainability.

Facilities

The Campus Facilities Lead supports the safe, secure, and effective operation of the assigned campus. This position serves as the primary on-site contact for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, campus security, and operational support. Working closely with campus leadership, the Coordinator provides an armed security presence, monitors campus buildings and grounds, responds to safety concerns and emergencies, and helps maintain a welcoming, well-functioning environment for students, employees, families, and visitors.

The Custodian helps support a clean, safe working environment for the students and staff by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks at the assigned campus. This role supports the mission of the Christian school by serving the community with diligence and care.

Transportation

The school Athletic & Activity Bus Driver operates school buses and other district vehicles in transporting students, teachers and coaches to and from school, athletic or special events and other school-related activities. This role is centered on providing reliable, attentive, and student-focused transportation services while strictly adhering to all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and district policies.

Thrift Store Positions

Cashiers support the daily operations of the Thrift Store by providing excellent customer service, essential cash register operations, and sales floor support. This position ensures all transactions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and with care, while upholding a positive and Christ-centered customer service experience for all customers.
