Meet Mike Williams, IMPACT NWC 2015’s Featured Funny Man

This year we are so excited to welcome Comedian Mike Williams to keynote IMPACT NWC 2015. Mike Williams is a well known speaker and writer who has a passion for life. Mike speaks nationwide to schools, churches, pro-life organizations and other ministries. He offers an amazing mix of incredible humor and comedic talent, a deeply touching personal tesimony, and a true passion for families, youth and children, and the Kingdom of God. NWC Launches Students Toward the Future!

When we think of the word “launch” our minds drift to a rocket gently rising from the surface of the earth, followed by weightlessness “show and tell.” That is how it appears for a spectator. From the astronaut’s perspective, nothing but years of training and an army of support technicians could prepare an astronaut for the violence of being launched into space—deafening sound, intense g-forces—hurtling thousands of miles an hour away from home. Should one of the hundreds of systems that make the journey possible malfunction, the result could be (and has been) disastrous. – Read Article


NWC Business Leadership Academy

Should you have been walking the halls at the High School on April 22nd, you would have seen classrooms filled with students listening intently to over twenty business leaders and professionals who converged on NWC for our first Career Fair. Leaders in their respective fields—from aviation to law, from cosmetology to civil engineering—dedicated a morning to help prepare our students to glorify Christ in whatever occupation God has prepared for them. – Read Article


Loran Graham, Investing with Integrity

The Lord is good to NWC by bringing individuals into our community who personally and professionally uphold a Biblical worldview. Mr. Loran Graham, a parent of twins who attend the NWC Preschool Program and spouse of NWC Alum Kjirstin (Strandy) (‘98), also serves on our NWCS Foundation Planned Giving Team. Updated NWC Preschool Program, Now with Licensed Daycare Option

Northwest Christian Schools recently updated its Early Learning Preschool Program. This new program is designed for the parent who wants preschool and/or licensed childcare all in one location. Classes are offered for children ages three to five. The program aims to meet the needs of working parents as well as stay-at-home parents. Families may now customize their child’s preschool program to fit their schedule. Half-day and full-day options are available from two days up to five days a week, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Our program curriculum is all Bible-based and includes physical education, music, art and library to give children a variety of early learning experiences.

New Family Referral Program, Win-Win

Northwest Christian Schools has established a new referral program called Win-Win, designed to thank NWC families for acting as ambassadors and investing in the NWC community. Current families demonstrate a sincere form of appreciation of our schools by referring friends and family members. By providing a tuition discount to those referring families, Northwest Christian Schools offers a tangible way of saying thank you. A tuition discount of $300 per new student is available. – Read Article
