Parents and students who would like to learn more about Northwest Christian Schools’ Christ-centered education are invited to Parent Preview Night at the Colbert campus at 5104 E. Bernhill Road in Colbert on Thursday, February 19th at 6:30 p.m. Informational packets will be available for parents who would like to know more about the application process and how to apply for financial aid if needed.

Preschool through 5th Grade: Parents with students in early learning preschool through grade 5 meet in the Lower Campus Gym. There will be classroom displays and the opportunity to meet teachers and staff. Information will also be available about our licensed full day and half day early learning and kindergarten programs. Middle School – Grades 6th-8th: Prospective middle school parents will meet in the Lower Campus Gym as well. After a general session, parents will visit middle school classes to learn about our literacy-rich, Bible-based academic program. They will meet the teachers and discover the school’s mission for mentoring middle schoolers. Tours will be offered after the classroom sessions. For more information, call 292-6700.

High School – Grades 9th-12th: Prospective high school students and their families will meet in the Colbert Campus Chapel (enter doors near flagpole on hill). Families will have the opportunity to learn about how we integrate the Bible, encourage critical thinking, and mentor the heart of each student. Academics, athletics, and fine arts will be covered. Prospective families can meet teachers and take a tour of the high school. For more information, call 238-4005.

Homeschool Program: Homeschool families are also invited to attend the Parent Preview Night presentation. Information about NWCS’ Homeschool Extension Program will be available at both locations. The program includes weekly curriculum based enrichment classes for kindergarten through 6th grade, and academic classes with transcripts for homeschooled students 7th-12th grade.
