Michelle went to be with Jesus on the morning of October 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was 64 years old. Michelle was born to Cal and Rhoda Modisett in Long Beach, California in 1956.
In 1974, Shortly after graduating from Northwest Christian High School she married her high school sweetheart, Clifford West. They had four children. Later, Michelle returned to school and completed her education as a registered nurse. She spent her nursing career at Deaconess in the mother-baby unit, and later as a lactation consultant. But work definitely did not define her. Michelle took great pride in being a mother; in being a grandmother; and spoiling her pets and other various neighborhood wildlife.
She is survived by her mother Rhoda (Charles), her husband, Cliff, her brother John, her sister Sarah (Lewis); her four children: Cassie (Matt), Kyle (Laura), Brandon (Katie), and Danielle; and by 12 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
