Journey's Image 2015Every year Northwest Christian Schools’ upperclassmen undertake a scholarly project which allows them the opportunity to combine their learning over the years with their personal lives, connecting this to the theme of the event. This year’s theme is “Where Do I Fit?” Students consider how their “piece of the puzzle” can enrich God’s developing picture. The purpose is to discover how their topic can be used to purposefully and positively impact the world around them.

Each junior and senior chooses a job, hobby, or activity as a topic they would like to explore. Their projects include a display as well as an oral presentation. This year’s subjects include:

Interactive Storytelling – Clothes for the Cause – Volleying for Veterans – Entrepreneurship – The Impact of Chess – Tiny Home Living – Social Media – The Art of Coffee – Realistic Fiction – The Internet of Things – Culture and Advertising – The Culinary Arts and Culture

Join us at Journeys Night on Wednesday, May 20th from 6:30- 8:30 p.m. as these creative students present their findings.

There will be interactive exhibits and hands-on activities, and Advanced Art Portfolios will be on display. Refreshments will be available.
