Registration for Middle & High School Sports

NWCS students are encouraged to participate in athletics.  Before practicing, student athletes must have the following requirements met:

  1. Register on FamilyID (link below).
  2. Payment completed on FamilyID or FACTS roll in form (links below).
  3. Have a valid athletic physical, signed and dated by a physician, on file with the athletic office. (Athletic physicals are valid for 2 years.)

High School: Northwest Christian High School is a Washington State “B” league school that competes within the Northeast 2B League.

High School students interested in school athletics must be eligible under the rules of the Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (www.wiaa.com) and NWCS policies and procedures for Athletic Eligibility.

Middle School:

The NWCS Middle School participates in the Inland Empire Mid-level League. The IEML is made up of Northwood Middle School, Mountainside Middle School, St. George’s, Newport, Pride Prep, Lakeside Middle School, Medical Lake Middle School, Cheney Middle School, Riverside Middle School, Colville Jr. High, Deer Park Middle School, Halstead Middle School (Newport), Jenkins Middle School (Chewelah) and Kettle Falls.

The goal for our middle school sports program is to build Christian character, sportsmanship, teamwork and skills. Please pray that our participation in the IEML League will be an opportunity for our middle school athletes to achieve these goals and to shine for Jesus Christ.

Elementary School Sports Schedule & Fees

Elementary students entering 5th grade are eligible to participate in our 5th-6th grade athletic program, with the exception of Cross Country which allows for 1st – 6th graders to participate. Our teams compete in the Spokane Knights of Columbus Parochial School League. Elementary coaches are often parents, school friends, teachers or college students who dedicate their time, energy and talents.
