Preschool students and their parents from five Spokane area Christian preschools had the opportunity to walk through scenes of Jesus Christ’s resurrection when they attended “The Resurrection Road” at Northwest Christian Schools’ Lower Campus. The reenactment was done by NWC 5th-8th grade students, and took place on Good Friday, March 25th.
The dramatic re-enactment has many stops along the way, including the Triumphal Entry with a live donkey, and re-enactments of the Last Supper, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Cross and the Resurrection. At every station, students are given a token to remember each part of their journey and its significance to the Easter story.
