Ray has joined the faculty as a professor at Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian University) in Eugene, Oregon. He teaches education courses and advises graduate and undergraduate students who are candidates for their Oregon State teaching license. Ray’s roots at NWCS ran deep, in addition to being a 1989 alumnus, his roles over 20 years included teacher, middle school, elementary school, and high school principal, six-time state championship varsity men’s basketball coach, and finally Executive Director of Education before leaving for his position at Bushnell. He is excited to continue Christian education efforts to help prepare the next generation of leaders.
