Patricia Ann Parks passed away on October 25, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. Known as Patty to most, she was born on June 27, 1954 to Betty and Don Anderson in Spokane, WA. She graduated from Northwest Christian, where she met many friends who have kept in touch all these years later. She married Michael Lightfoot and has one daughter, Rache’ and one son, Michael. On March 3, 1979 she married the love of her life, Wayne. They spent 45 years together fixing up houses, just looking at houses, pretty much anything with houses. Patty spent many years serving various schools in the kitchen. She loved being able to see the smiles on their faces when she gave them a little extra food. She will be missed (especially her cookies) by many family and friends. Patty is survived by her husband, Wayne, daughter Rache’ (Van), son, Michael (Amy), stepdaughter Marci, stepson, Eric, brother Don (Cindy), 11 grandchildren and many extended family members.
The family has requested that any donations given in Patty’s name be made to Faith Baptist Academy.
