This year, Northwest Christian Secondary School expanded their traditional Spiritual Emphasis Week into a Spiritual Emphasis Month!
The Secondary team was blessed to have Kenney Bahr from North Church take part in our Chapels this month. He kicked off the month for the Junior High (JH) and High School (HS) Chapels on Wednesday, February 2. In the High School, he continued to speak for the following two Wednesday Chapels; his messages dug deeply into our theme for the year: Faith (over fear), Love (over hate), and Hope (over despair). Students and staff were blessed by his challenging questions and heartfelt encouragement to draw closer to the One who made us and called us according to His purpose. It has been such a powerful and timely theme God chose for us this year and we ask for your prayers that God will move in the hearts and minds of our students – and community – in powerful ways this coming month.
